Product Reviewed: Mr. X Acne Says: You Can Cure Your Acne

The Mr. X Acne system taught me what the truth about acne that has been hidden forever. It teaches how to prevent, and cure acne, along with how to KEEP your skin flawless. I have great skin now from Mr. X Acne’s program and I continue to use the information I have learned, daily. The product was discovered by a man who had struggled for 13 years before he finally determined the cure. There is so much research compacted into this program that you will be left with no questions after. You’ll even learn basic, simple changes that need to be made to your diet that will alone improve your acne by about 25%. Finally, this is great and effective advice that is total and complete garbage. Surprising to me, I also discovered that most of that advice and suggestions my dermatologists and skin care specialists have been giving me is complete garbage!

After I learned about their 56 day risk free trial I felt a whole lot better about trying out the product and I haven’t ever regretted it. I absolutely enjoyed that the program doesn’t include promising, yet useless cleansers, creams, or cosmetics and has no doctor visits or pills involved. You just have to follow 3 basic steps. Easy as that. Some of the advice can even give you life changing results over night if followed properly. The best part though is how easily accessible the program was. I basically just downloaded the ‘ebook’ and began solving my acne problems. Also, I immediately discovered the HUGE mistake that me, and most other people, have been making while trying to get rid of their acne (it actually makes acne worse).

I really enjoyed this program, and found it incredibly easy to use, that I highly recommend it to anyone trying to fight acne.

It seems we should reward the best mineral makeup scams. Mineral makeup is being advertised to no end. However, few of these mineral cosmetics are any good.

However, sometimes you must wait on the best mineral makeup. Watch the issues with your skin disappear while using mineral makeup. Also, mineral makeup gives you a beautiful glow that looks completely natural. Even better: use it long enough and you actually get to keep some of the results when you wash it off.

But how in the world are going to be able to tell the difference? After all, some of the best mineral makeup actually costs far less than the worst mineral makeup. See the below suggestions for keeping away from the many mineral makeup scams that can hurt your skin and wallet:

You can’t pick by the price alone
Sometimes the best mineral makeup products are more affordable than the worst mineral makeups. Believe it or not, some of the worst are the the most elite of the bunch. Don’t conclude that just because you are paying the most for your mineral makeup that it is any good.

Avoid talc
Talc is a mineral that is used in high volumes in all sorts of makeup. In reality, it is used is such high volumes that many normal makeup products are able to claim that they are “mineral makeup” because they have so much talc in them. Talc is one of the most common allergens. Most, but not all of the absolute best mineral makeup products want to avoid it.

Nanoparticles aren’t all they are cracked up to be
Some mineral makeup products boast that they have chemically reduced their minerals to nanoparticles. They claim that this makes the mineral makeup smoother and more natural looking. However, nanoparticles may be soaked up by your skin in unconventional ways. There is not enough research to verify that these products are totally safe. These products are typically produced in unsupervised areas, meaning their contents may not be fully tested.

Now that you have this information to help you, you should really be able to spot the mineral makeup scams. The best mineral makeup is at your fingertips and you will get the best possible results.

Green tea is excellent for you. It is a fact. There as a actually a study where a researcher had exposed hundreds of tiny fish to incredibly radioactive substances. They all should have died of cancer in days. But, instead they survived. The reason? They did not live in water, but in green tea.

This may not sound like such a humane idea. Most people probably do not like this. But, you really have to like the results. This kind of news makes me want to bathe in green tea everyday or at least drink about a gallon or two a day.

People are now understanding the healing and restoration powers of green tea. Green tea and green tea extracts are becoming more popular because of this. You can get candies, sodas and even coffee with green tea infusions. Not to mention all the other green tea blends that are available in stores today.

Nevertheless, one are hasn’t caught on quite yet. The skin care arena. Companies have been talking a lot about it, but have yet to actually take any action. What consumers do not realize is that the same things that make green tea great for your body and inner organs also make it an ideal for your largest organ: your skin.

Anti-oxidants are packed into green tea. When you drink it, the antioxidants will do many things, like boosting your immune system. When you rub it on your face, the antioxidants contained in the green tea extracts will start to protect your exterior also.

Anti-oxidants are so good for your face and skin. For one thing, they keep free radicals away. Free radicals float in the air and will launch an all out assault on your skin which will cause wrinkles. Sometimes, they can damage skin cells so much that they actually become cancerous.

Green tea skin care does more than you are aware of. Green tea extracts serve to revitalize your skin. When you use natural skin care products containing green tea extracts, you can actually reduce the damage done to your skin. Adding a green tea product to your daily skin care regimen could do you good. Whether it is a lotion, a wrinkle cream, a serum or a spritzer, you will soon be glad that you made green tea a priority in your beauty regimen.

Does a virus affect your skin? Viruses show themselves in many forms; they can be in a cold-like virus, a herpes virus, cold sores, or even AIDS. Cold sores alone affect about 20 percent of the population, and for the bearer of the sores, they can be both painful and an embarrassing social plight. If you’re affected, it’s understandable you may be looking for an effective way to stop cold sores.

If you can believe it, there might be an unlikely answer to cold sores in a low voltage electrical signal that’s applied to the infection directly. The exact methodology is kept a guarded secret, the electrical signal is found to disrupt the viral replication process – and by disrupting this process, it can be enough to stop cold sores in their tracks – before they even form.

If you apply the electrical signal before the outbreak, while it’s still in the tingling stage, you can thwart the outbreak all together. If you get to the outbreak stage, the electrical current can dramatically decrease the length of the outbreak. By applying this electrical current, the outbreak can be shortened from a week to a month to down to just a day or two. It’s also said to be effective against other viruses that you see in the skin, including shingles and herpes.

The methodology was invented by Chester Heath, who as a child and man suffered from cold sores. As a child, he was teased by his peers, and the emotional scars ran deep and lasted much of his life. Those emotional scars and physical sores prevented him from dating, smiling, kissing his wife, and even from working in the profession of his choice, because to do so, he would have to interact with others.

Now that his cold sore are finally gone, Chester now smiles again. Laughter is in his life again, and has romance, as he is no longer afraid to kiss his wife. In essence, eliminating his cold sores, gave him his life back.

Acne Skin Care: Tips and Advice

Whether you have acne now or you have clear skin and just want to make sure that you do not get acne, there are a few very important acne skin care tips that you are going to want to keep in mind and which are going to help you with this. Of course using the right acne skin care products is very important if you already have acne problems, but there are a few acne skin care tips that are going to be useful no matter who you are.

Wash Your Face Day and Night

One of the most common things that people fail to do is wash their face, or they just don’t do it often enough. You have to make sure that you are washing your face day and night, and this is one of the best acne skin care tips that you will ever get. Choose a skin cleanser that is going to remove oil and makeup from off the face, but without over drying and without leaving the face feeling tight.

You should pick a face cleanser based on the skin type that you have. If you have dry skin or oily skin, there are going to be specific products that are better for you. Particularly if you wear makeup you should be taking it off before you go to bed, or else the makeup will sit on your skin while you sleep and sinking in to your pores, resulting in clogged pores and most likely pimples and cysts.

Sunscreen

Another of the best acne skin care tips that you can get is to wear sunscreen. Sure we all want to get that nice tanned glow, but you can still get it while wearing sunscreen, and this way you are going to be protecting your skin and making sure that you are not getting damaged by the harmful UV rays of the sun.

Everyone should put on sunscreen of at least SPF 15 before going out on a sunny day, and so make sure that you always have some handy.

Watch What You Eat

This topic has been the subject of great debate over the years, watching what you eat is going to be very important no matter what, and is still considered to be an important acne skin care tip. Stay away from greasy and salty foods and instead eat whole foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables.

Acne seems to be a right of passage for most teenagers, but most of them do eventually grow out of it.For a number of adults, acne rosacea occurring on their face will bring back many unhappy memories of their teenage acne years.

Just what is acne rosacea?

What to we mean by acne rosacea?Although it may look like acne, in reality it is a completely different skin condition.Red or pink patchy skin on the face is a very common rosacea symptom.Seemingly broken, small blood vessels will be visible just beneath the surface of the skin, eyes could have a pink appearance about them. The surface of the skin will have obvious, small red bumps which could well be tender to the touch. It’s also quite common for a number of red cysts to develop on the skin surface. These cysts are usually painful when touched and can very easily become irritated.

Treatment may not be required in mild rosacea cases. Just keeping the face, as much as possible, free of bacteria by normal cleansing may be enough.  Cases that are more severe or that are resistant to such mild treatment may require a stronger approach using one of the many acne rosacea treatment medicines now available in the marketplace.

What are the main options for the treatment of acne rosacea?

A variety of different acne rosacea treatments exist, available as either an over the counter medication or a prescription treatment.Don’t worry if your usual anti-acne over the counter treatment isn’t working too well. When appropriate, your doctor will prescribe a stronger type of acne rosacea treatment.

Your doctor may recommend some of the following types of acne rosacea treatments:

Topical antibiotic cream – Any number of topical antibiotic creams have proven to be effective against rosacea, including metronidazole, erythromycin, clindamycin, and azelaic acid.  Some patients do best when using a combination of these antibiotics each day.

Antibiotic pills – A simple oral antibiotic pill can often be an effective acne rosacea treatment as well.Tetracycline, amoxicillin, doxycycline and minocycline are amonst the most commonly used medicines.

Light therapy – Is quickly becoming a favourite acne rosacea treatment for more and more patients.  Lasers and/or intense light pulses are the most common kinds of light therapy; they are generally used during a series of treatments that occur every three to six weeks or so.

How to choose the correct acne rosacea treatment

So how should you decide on the right acne rosacea treatment? You will have to decide on the severity of your rosacea and probably more importantly, how much does it bother you.The simple practice of using a gentle formula to keep their face clean really is the best acne rosacea treatment for someone with a mild case to deal with.

If your rosacea is more severe then your best approach is to visit with your doctor or dermatologist for a professional evaluation.Using this evaluation, your medical professional will be able to advise on an appropriate treatment schedule for you to begin. If that first treatment doesn’t work, at all or as effectively as you would like, then it should be fairly easy to change to a more beneficial one for you.

There is much that you can do for your acne skin, before you visit a dermatologist. Just remember, what works for someone else may not always work for you. Everyone’s skin is different in the first place and the cause of acne may not also be the same.

You can always start off by using over the counter medications to treat your acne. If your skin is sensitive or prone to drying, use a mild cleanser or soap. You may have to experiment with different cleansers in order to find one that does not irritate or exacerbate your acne.

Wash your face once of twice a day, but don’t scrub or rub your face excessively. Your hands may have a lot of bacteria, so avoid touching your face. If you see that a certain food may be contributing to your acne, you should stop eating that food and see what happens.

When using make-up, read the labels and purchase products labeled non-acnegenic, non-comedogenic, and hypoallergenic. These products are made so that they won’t irritate even the most sensitive skin. Try not to share make-up with others, and always use a clean washcloth, towel, and a make-up sponge or any other instruments to avoid getting someone else’s germs on your face.

You are not alone, if you are interested in acne home treatments. Many recipes have been in use for many years. Everyone reacts differently to the same treatment, but these home remedies are useful for those who are suffering from mild acne. The following three recipes are easy to follow.

Baking soda scrub: Making a baking soda scrub is easy, and many people have reported successful results. This scrub is designed to exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation is key in taking care of acne; since it focuses on getting rid of dead skin cells that can get trapped in your pores and then manifest themselves as acne. Mix a small amount of baking soda, about a teaspoon, with water to create a consistent paste. Very lightly, rub the baking soda scrub onto your skin. Leave it on for approximately one minute, then rinse clean with lukewarm water. Use a clean towel to pat your face dry.

Apple cider vinegar is used in another home treatment. Apple cider vinegar has long been known for its health benefits, including in acne. Some claim that apple cider vinegar has the ability to rid your skin of bacteria, balance your skin’s pH level, and keep your face fresh and free of excessive oil. Apple cider vinegar also has a lot of citric acid, which is a strong exfoliating element that can help remove extra dead skin cells and improve your skin’s overall texture and tone. Dilute the apple cider vinegar, one part vinegar to eight parts water, to help not dry out your face. Try to use high quality apple cider vinegar and purified water. Wet a cotton ball with your apple cider vinegar mix and gently moisten your skin. Do not overdo it. Apple cider vinegar is strong stuff that can dry out your skin, resulting in even more breakouts.

Egg whites, rich in protein and vitamins, have also been a favorite healing ingredient. To tighten skin, egg whites have been used in the past. Simply beat two egg whites together to a consistent froth. Apply the mixture to your face and let sit for about fifteen minutes. Rinse the egg off with lukewarm water.

It is always best to treat your acne while it is still mild. Make an appointment to visit a dermatologist, if your efforts in using over the counter medications do not work. Your dermatologist is likely to prescribe you with anti-acne oral or topical agents.

With all of the different types of acne medicines available, it will definitely pay to learn how you can identify the best options accurately. Natural medicines, a majority of the time, is the way to go. This is because natural medicines surely provide effective and safe treatments, while avoiding the risk of side effects. Nature medicines also benefit you because they are cheaper than most options!

Acne occurs when the pores of your skin become clogged, beginning at the outermost layer of skin, than leads to bacteria and dirt getting trapped which turns into acne. Knowing this is helpful to understand that an obvious choice of the best acne medicine is going to be an over-the-counter medication that has a strong anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory property. Some examples of this include the non-prescription Clearasil and Oxy medications which temporarily cure moderate to mild acne.

Now lets look at the Proactiv treatment. With Proactiv’s more complete solution, a cleanser, a toner, and a lotion, it seems to be a good contender for the best acne medicine. Often times Proactiv will prevent acne outbreaks and heal existing acne, but it tends to be too harsh on most people skin. Frequently is option is more expensive than other products designed to do the same thing.

Retin A is also considered one of the best acne medicines, especially for treating severe acne and improving skin texture. It claims to make skin look more attractive and younger. You won’t get immediate results with this product though, but you can expect to remain free of acne for some time after results do begin to show. Another option known as one of the best acne medicines is Accutane. It isn’t recommended for treating all different types of acne, and should only be used as a last resort if other products haven’t given you desired results.

Besides of all the medications mentioned above, the best acne medicine has always been a natural method. These methods contain plenty of vitamins and minerals will antioxidants and herbal extracts. These ingredients will resolve acne, working together from the inside out. Also, natural methods wont cause any side effects! Natural medicines contain a lot of nutrients that will improve your skin condition caused from acne and scars, while preventing future outbreaks and ensuring your skin will continue to maintain a healthy balance! What IS natural? Natural methods will use herbs providing your body with nutrients for cleansing. They wont include prescription medicines, harsh chemicals such as benzoyl peroxide or any food additives and processed foods. Any type of natural acne medicine should never leave you with doubts in your mind! The take care of irritation and inflammation and soothe the skin. I highly recommend checking out this product review. Whatever method you do decide to use, make sure you are fully knowledgeable about what it is going to do for you. Although the best acne medicine always is going to be a natural method, some concoctions actually do end up making things worse!

Many innovations have been made in recent years towards healing acne scars and removing acne itself, including Smoothbeam laser treatment.  Smoothbeam lasers have been very effective in not only temporarily removing acne, but most importantly eliminating acne scars, which can often remain permanently even after acne is no longer a major problem!  While there are tons of methods and products available for getting rid of acne, the scars that are left are often a much tougher problem, so this kind of innovation is a welcome treat for acne sufferers.

How It Works

How does a treatment method like this work?  Well, Smoothbeam laser treatment is used to alternatively use heating and cooling methods on your skin, in the effort to heat the middle layer of the skin appropriately.  This simple solution allows that layer of your skin to essentially receive the healing that it needs.  Not only do acne scars benefit from this kind of treatment, but also wrinkles and other skin problems, such as sebaceous hyperplasia.  This kind of procedure is very legitimate and is FDA approved, as well as being endorsed by many dermatologists who perform the procedure for patients regularly.

What To Expect

Especially for a laser treatment, Smoothbeam treatments are very good for their low risk of side effects.  The vast majority of patients who undergo Smoothbeam laser treatment will only have some mild redness for the hours immediately after the procedure.  There is sometimes a level of discomfort to the procedure, but that can easily be limited by applying an over the counter cream to numb the skin before the treatment.  Usually, the treatments are conducted in a series, as most dermatologists recommend a few of the treatments for best results.

Of course, to find out whether you are an ideal candidate for Smoothbeam laser treatment, you will really have to speak with your dermatologist.  He or she will be familiar with your skin type and will be able to really advise you on the potential benefits of such a treatment.  Some people will not see as many results as others from the treatment, which is similar to any other kind of medical treatment in that way.

However, for the majority of patients, four treatments will give the desired results that the patient was looking for.  That makes this procedure one of the best ways to get rid of unsightly acne scars, so that you can feel good about your skin.

Acne Scar Removal

Acne Scars form if acne becomes infected and the skin heals itself so that it remains healthy but leaves pigmented and / or indented marks on the affected area, they can be very difficult and expensive to get rid of.

Many ‘cures’ for acne scars can be purchased in a shop ranging from oils and creams to microneedling. The most regularly used treatments for acne scars are the creams or skin masks which can (but not always) work but take a long time for any results to start to show as a huge percentage of creams are not absorbed by the skin. Therefore creams are often wasted and so are not economical.

Another tool that can be purchased for acne scar removal is the skin roller. This is a device for microneedling; you gently roll the skin roller over the effected area of skin which opens the pores of your top layer of skin causing it to believe that it is injured activating the production of collagen and elastin which eventually heals the damaged skin.

Using the derma roller causes the pores on the top layer of skin remain enlarged for as long as so this is the best time to apply creams as they are significantly better absorbed when the pores are open as opposed to when the pores are closed. This reduces the waste in creams and increases the effectiveness of the derma roller.

There are more extreme methods to get rid of acne scars however these are all expensive and have to be carried out by professionals and then they’re not even guaranteed to work! These include; Micro dermabrasion, laser treatments, chemical peals and also skin needling can be done by a professional more vigorously using a longer needle size and numbing cream.

In my experience in treating acne scars I have found that the most result effective and cost effective treatment is derma rolling at home as it is relatively cheap and as it works by inducing the healing process is the most natural way to heal acne scars.
